The Route - Days 14
The end is in sight. Day 14 joins the Cleveland way for a coastal walk into Robin Hood's Bay. The scenary is varied, from woodland to heather moor, to the cliffs of the coastal walk.
Day 14 - Glaisdale to Robin Hood's Bay - 19 miles
Stage 1 - Glaisdale to Sleights Moor
This section of the walk goes via Egton Bridge and Grosmont before ascending onto Sleights Moor.. The famous North Yorkshire Moors Railway is at Grosmont and the walk passes by the main station
Stage 2 - Sleights Moor to Hawsker
The route crosses the heather moor before descending into the small village of Littlebeck before heading across Low moor to Hawsker.
Stage 3 - Hawsker to Robin Hood's Bay
From Hawsker the route rejoins the Cleveland Way for the last few miles to Robin Hood's Bay and a pint of beer at the nearby pub, 190 miles - Done!
